Janine Springall studied Culinary and Pastry Arts with a classical French curriculum at school while in the U.S, and worked for 15 years professionally before moving to France in 1998. She now teaches classes out of her home, along with catering and baking cakes too. The concept of the classes are a simple understanding of cooking, locally found ingredients, a glass of wine and some good conversation – Voila, the recipe for an enjoyable morning learning something new, and to enjoy the dishes over lunch. You will find an atmosphere where you will feel comfortable asking any questions you might have about cooking in France and finding special ingredients.
